原来的sql语句：
UPDATE tag SET msplit = "00" issplit = "1" WHERE term = "00"
经过检查之后发现时sql 语句写错了。
应该修改为：
UPDATE tag SET msplit = "00" ,issplit = "1" WHERE term = "00"
